Customer Service Advisor
THIS ROLE IS WORKING WITHIN "BANKING* AS PART OF THE NEW NATIONWIDE CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE IN NORTHAMPTON
£8.79p/h 35 hours per week between 6am-10pm Monday - Sunday
Temp - Perm opportunity
Speaking to customers on the telephone requires an exceptional level of service, as you will be helping them to manage their finances. You will be required to ensure that every customer interaction has a positive outcome. Whether you're supplying them with account information or processing an overdraft request, you'll need to think about the bigger picture for the customers and how you can help them more; by discussing other products or services they may benefit from and give them an opportunity to discuss these needs further with a colleague. It's a challenging but supportive environment and we will provide you with all the training you'll need to.
Previous customer service experience is essential
