Our client, is seeking an experienced Service Consultant for their Dealership situated in Newbury. Experience of working in the motor trade is essential in order to be considered for this position as well as confidence and enthusiasm!
Reporting to the Service Manager of this prestige brand you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Service Department.
You must have first class customer handling skills, a great telephone manner and you will be computer literate.
Your role will entail:
- Booking in vehicles
- Upselling additional services and products
- Creating job cards for technicians
- Telephoning customers
- Processing invoices
- Liaising with other departments
- Have a full and valid UK driving license
