Service Co-ordinator

Coordinate installations, repairs and service works by efficiently allocating engineers and liaising with customers.

Logging of breakdown calls, giving the customer a call number
Carry out checks to ensure correct invoice and site address are complete on the database
Coordinate installations and quoted repairs
Liaise with sales person for hand over eg details of kit/customer requirements
Raise method statements/risk assessments where appropriate and provide customer information pre site inductions
Check on parts required, if in stock put onto a shelf in stores labelled by site otherwise determine eta
Order parts appropriately
Liaise with workshop engineer to ensure that kit is ready on time
Generate quote requests to the MD and action continuing issues, highlighted by engineers visit
Update comments on customer records
Schedule engineers appointments for breakdowns, repairs and installations
Run the maintenance schedules monthly and create service visits, route and allocate to engineers within the month
Place purchase orders for sales and for stock items
For stock items obtain best purchase prices and maintain optimum stock levels

Must be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop and knowledge of CASH is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must have excellent planning skills

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Salary £22,000 - £23,000 per annum
