Working in a friendly company, this role of Service and Repair Technician involves workshop repair of laser, inkjet and thermal printers, document scanners and related IT equipment, you will have at least 2 years experience within a similar role. The opportunity to travel to client sites acting as a swap out technician is available, which requires a clean driving licence, and offers overtime payments.
You will be accustomed to providing on time repair for customers, have a can-do attitude, drive, dedication and ambition and be able to liaise with other departments, as well as using company systems to update repair information.
Previous experience in an IT related repair centre or break/fix environment or electro mechanical knowledge is required, if you have network experience, this will be beneficial.
Overtime can take the salary up to £22,500. Benefits include BUPA, company bonus and life and sickness cover.
