JOB TITLE: Service and Installations Administrator
LOCATION: Stockton on tees
SHIFT/WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm only 35 hours per week
My client an internationally recognised organisation is currently recruiting for a Service and Installations Administrator to join their established team.
- Providing administration support to the service and installation department
- Dealing with customers over the telephone (Other businesses)
- Help plan the engineers’ routes and ensure that they are maximise their days effectively.
- Operating the company’s IT systems
- Implementing administration procedures
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Previous planning and coordination experience is very important
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills such as excel and word
