A fantastic new opportunity has become available for a Prestige Service Advisor in the Wakefield West Yorkshire Area
Our client is a well respected Prestige retailer who is looking to recruit an Service Advisor for their busy Prestige Dealership. Most importantly for this position candidates must be extremely customer focused and able to communicate clearly and effectively maintaining a strong rapport with their client's customers.
Current or previous experience as an Aftersales SERVICE ADVISOR within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential, as we are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and customer skills.
Being well organised, you will need to be skilled in delivering high levels of customer service around,
• Meeting & greeting customers,
• Taking bookings and dealing with service enquiries by telephone, email, and face to face,
• Maintaining clear communication lines with both customers and workshop teams,
• Producing invoice’s, along with arranging and taking payment.
On offer is a great basic salary with an OTE circa £25000+ depending on experience.
