Initially this will be a temporary assignment where you will be supporting a senior customer service advisor who has a wealth of experience within the industry.
The working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with an hour for lunch.
Working as a customer service advisor you will play a crucial role in the team and help drive the business forward.
You will be required to be friendly and professional as the first point of contact for all customers visiting the centre acting as an ambassador for the brand.
Your duties will include:
Dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure an excellent level of customer service.
Dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face to face.
Managing the allocation and hand over of customer service vehicles.
Liaising with the workshop teams to ensure timely completion of service.
Experience of the motor trade is beneficial but not essential. Customer service experience is essential and expected at a high standard.
You must be available for an immediate start and available for at least the next 4 weeks.
