You’ll be an outgoing individual who can strike up relationships with customers instantly. Importantly, you will have the ability to listen, understand what a customer needs, and be able to direct the customer to who can assist them quickly and effectively. And if the person they need is unavailable, you will also have the confidence to talk with your customer, provide them with refreshments and relevant product literature. You’ll be looking for a challenge, and the opportunity for your efforts and skills to be rewarded, not only financially but also with the opportunity to advance your career, within a franchised main dealership.

About You:
  • At least a year’s experience within a retail environment
  • A strong background as a Receptionist and working a telephonic system would be an advantage
  • A strong communicator
  • An excellent customer friendly manner
About the dealership:

This dealership has a heavy footfall, selling one of the marques of the moment. Currently hitting target, the dealership has ambition for significant growth and has recently restructured its sales approach to deliver the highest levels of Customer Care, and hence the need for this position.

  • Shift Rota Week one 7-30AM to 4-40PM / Week two 8-30AM to 5-00PM / Week three 9-30AM to 6-30 / 7-00PM
