My client, one of the South West's largest Commercial Vehicle dealers in the UK, is looking to employ an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful team.
The purpose of the Service Advisor is:-
·To be presentable at all times
·Maximise service and repair bookings
·To liaise with all the service staff, parts staff and Workshop Manager
·Deal with telephone and walk-in enquiries
·Managing customer and workshop expectations
·Previous experience within a dealership environment is a must, commercial experience would be a clear advantage but is not essential
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that has done a Service Advisor role before and looking to be successful and be part of forward thinking company.
If you can handle pressure without it affecting working relationships, have excellent attention to detail, have basic administration knowledge, have excellent communication skills and have worked in After Sales Environment before, then this Service Advisor role is for you.
The hours are Monday to Friday and a 40 hour week.
