As a Service Advisor, your duties will include greeting customers in a prompt and courteous manner, checking in customer vehicle arrivals, liaising with the workshop to provide customers with timely progress updates, sell and advise on additional work required, sell various retention products and provide a first-class handover with full invoice explanation.
Previous Service Advisor experience would be useful, but the client also likes the idea of training someone, so things are done the way the group like. The key to this role is to have lots of enthusiasm and be happy to work hard. You must also be happy to upsell to customers. You must hold a Full UK Driving License.
