Basic Salary up to £21,000pa + OTE/ Bonuses up to £25,000pa

Our client has a new and exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join their fast paced, exciting team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service, offering a personal and professional level of service which meets the levels that clients expect.
SERVICE ADVISOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians.
Liaison with customers and up selling any additional work and services required
Greeting customers, scheduling services and bookings
Estimating time and costs associated with repairs and maintenance
Handling customer complaints ,queries and feedback and relating it back to the relevant departments
Organising work load and meeting daily targets
SERVICE ADVISOR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
·Can deliver a world class customer experience
·Experience as a service advisor for a minimum period of 1 years.
·Kerridge / 1link / Pinnacle Knowledge
·The ability to up sell additional work and service plans
·Excellent computer literacy and administration skills
·Great organisation and ability to communicate well
·Flexible in approach
·Ability to work within a team frame work
·Ability to take instruction
·STRONG UPSELLING EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ESSENTIAL
