As a Service Advisor and you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for the company.
Your duties will include: dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
Previous experience within this role is preferred or at least some sort of motor trade experience.
You must hold a full UK driving licence.
Previous experience working with Kerridge would also be ideal.

Working hours – Monday to Friday 0800-1800 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 0800-1700
