We are looking for a Service Advisor to join the Service team in Ewell, Surrey. The successful candidate will be well organised and be able to demonstrate consistently high levels of customer service.
Working closely with workshop personnel including the Service Manager, the Workshop Controller and the Technicians, your role will include:
- Booking in vehicles for repairs and initiating service documentation
- Swiftly updating customer and vehicle history files
- Document all warranty work as per manufacturers; requirements and dealership policy
- Ensure all work has been carried out as detailed and charged for
You will be numerate and literate with an excellent telephone manner
Have strong and efficient PC and administration skills
Knowledge of workshop loading systems advantageous
COMPANY WILL TAKE TRAINEE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND WHO WANTS TO GET INTO THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
Hours of work are: 7.30am - 6pmMonday to Friday. You will be required to work one in three Saturday's for approximately 5 hours.
