Our client an established Quality Service and used vehicle dealership based in Chippenham Wiltshire is looking for a Service Advisor to join their professional team.

Salary: £22,000 per anum + Bonus

Working hours: 45 hours hour per week, Monday - Friday 0700 - 1700 or 0800-1800 and working 1 in 2/3 Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

As a Service Advisor you will be required to:

* Manage all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership

* Qualify service needs

* Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out

* To calculate workshop capacity ensuring that all details are entered onto the service workshop loading system

* To manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.

* Explain the work carried out on the vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation

* liaise with department manager’s regarding customer queries

* Understand and adhere to Brand service requirements

* Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the dealership

* To maintain product knowledge on the full range.

The successful applicant will have:

* Worked in a prestige environment

* Experience in a highly focussed, customer-facing role.

* Excellent interpersonal / customer skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Preferably be Motability accredited.

* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Have had previous relevant experience

* Be passionate about delivering an exception customer experience

* Be organised and have good attention to detail
