Our client an established Quality Service and used vehicle dealership based in Chippenham Wiltshire is looking for a Service Advisor to join their professional team.
Salary: £22,000 per anum + Bonus
Working hours: 45 hours hour per week, Monday - Friday 0700 - 1700 or 0800-1800 and working 1 in 2/3 Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
As a Service Advisor you will be required to:
- Manage all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership
- Qualify service needs
- Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
- To calculate workshop capacity ensuring that all details are entered onto the service workshop loading system
- To manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.
- Explain the work carried out on the vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
- liaise with department manager’s regarding customer queries
- Understand and adhere to Brand service requirements
- Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the dealership
- To maintain product knowledge on the full range.
The successful applicant will have:
- Worked in a prestige environment
- Experience in a highly focussed, customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal / customer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably be Motability accredited.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have had previous relevant experience
- Be passionate about delivering an exception customer experience
- Be organised and have good attention to detail
