Our prestige client is looking for a Commercial Service Advisor to join their busy team in Boston as soon as possible.
To manage the Commercial Service Desk while maintaining customer satisfaction
Dealing with changes in the day to day work flow
To invoice and book vehicles in
To deliver excellent customer service at all times
Control work in progress and communicate with technicians to manage any time changes
You will need to have experience working within a Service Advisor role or similar, be able to think on your feet and have a good attitude towards your customers and job role. Experience in Kerridge would be an advantage however training can be given if necessary.
Working hours are Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, working between hours of 7am - 7pm
In return the client is offering a generous salary of £17,000 - £22,000 pa DOE + bonus package available
