The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills along with the ability to verbally communicate clearly and convey information between source and third party. Self-organizational skills and the ability to organize and structure other people’ s working day are essential, as is being able to demonstrate an understanding of targets and the measures needed to achieve them.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate customer service to the highest degree.
Previous Service Advisor experience in a main dealership is not essential for this role, however you must hold a Clean Full UK Driving Licence.
If you do not have previous Service Advisor experience you must:
Be extremely customer focused
Have minimum of 1 years Customer Service experience
Monday – Friday 0800-1800
Every other Saturday 0830-1330
Without Motortrade experience - £18,000 + Bonus
With previous Service Advisor experience £20,000 + Bonus
