DEALERSHIP/AUTOMOTIVE/LARGE INDEPENDENT GARAGE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL!
Our client is seeking a service advisor with previous dealership/automotive/large independent garage experience looking for a new challenge!
You duties will include:
·Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians.
·Liaison with customers and upselling any additional work and services required
·Greeting customers, scheduling services and bookings
·Estimating time and costs associated with repairs and maintenance
·Handling customer complaints ,queries and feedback and relating it back to the relevant departments
·Organising work load and meeting daily targets
As a customer service advisor you will need to demonstrate:
·A professional manner
·Good communication skills
·Good organisational skills
·The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand
