At Bristol Street Motors our Service Advisors play a vital role within our Aftersales function delivering an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust. We do this by having the right people in our dealership - people who are the friendly expert in helping our customers through their journey.

This is a key position which has a major part in achieving dealership success by providing a professional service to our service customers

The Role

• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner

• Portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department

• Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out

• Responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle

• Advising on technical queries or issues

• Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle

• Advising on the customer on repairs and parts

• Finalising the invoice on completion of required work

• Following up with the customer the day after to ensure they are satisfied with the service given

• Performance measures will include Customer Satisfaction Scores and feedback to the department

• Competitive Salary and an OTE commission structure based upon delivering excellent customer service

The Person

• We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in a Service Advisor role

• Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role

• Excellent time management skills

• The successful applicant will be self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service

• Someone who will enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Services department

• The ideal candidate must have customer relations experience

• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

• Someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast paced environment with several deadlines and tasks

• Sales Skills would be an advantage to inform customers of our service products

• You must be IT literate
