What will I be doing?

Joining their team as Service Advisor you will achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction.

Service Advisors are responsible for greeting customers as they drop off their vehicle for servicing, updating them throughout the day as to whether there is additional work that needs to be carried out and informing them of the costs involved. You will liaise with the workshop and parts department to obtain regular progress updates, producing invoices for the customer and generally ensuring that the whole service process runs smoothly for the from start to finish.

Customer follow up will also be required to maintain contact and ensure they they're completely satisfied, that their expectations they're met, any issues are addressed and their custom is retained. You will maintain data quality by accurately and vigorously collecting, managing and inputting all customer contact and vehicle data into an IT system.

This is a full Time position, working 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota

What do I need?

If you have previous experience as a Service Advisor within a fast paced automotive dealership, this could be the ideal role for you. You also need:

  • A friendly and personable approach
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to generate sales and profits whilst maintaining the bond of trust with customers.
  • Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Experience of Pinnacle would be an added bonus!
