A local company are looking for a Temporary Service Administrator on a 3 month basis.
As the Service Administrator you will be required to process Customer enquires via telephone.
You will be responsible for organising visits for engineers and ensure all suitable equipment are provided.
The Service Administrator will log all calls/emails and site visits on the company data base accurately.
You will also be required to input service reports onto SAGE.
The ideal Service Administrator will be intermediate with Excel Spreadsheets and have excellent attention to detail.
This is a 3 month Temporary booking with a view of potentially going permanent.
