Change Recruitment are currently partnering with a leading South West employer to manage the recruitment of a Service Administrator to join their business on a permanent basis. Initially based in Taunton, our client is relocating to Bridgwater over the next few months.
Working in close partnership with the Department Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to engage with a range of both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Scheduling of work for engineers
- Support the Manager with customer issues and enquiries
- Invoicing of engineer’s time and parts
- Assist with the preparation of quotations
- Prepare internal activity reports
- Manage the delivery and distribution of parts to client sites
- Process orders
Experience of working within a Service Administration / Maintenance Coordination / Scheduling role previously would be highly advantageous.
Our client is offering a leading package, including a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience for a 37.5-hour week.
