Service Administrator

Our client is a leading wholesaler of specialist equipment and maintenance services based at Castle Donington. They presently have a requirement for a Service Assistant to join their established team. This is a varied role but the emphasis will be on issuing calls to engineers and dealing with customer service call requests. The role will entail the following:

Receiving service calls and logging on the system;

Issuing service requests to engineers;

Processing parts requirements;

Ensuring calls are completed on time and system updated;

Addressing customer queries;

Liaison with Technical Department;

Maintenance of asset registers;

Processing job sheets and issuing invoices;

Reception duties as and when for Service Department.

The key requirements for this post are an ability to communicate at all levels, good typing accuracy and the ability to use your initiative.
