Service Administrator

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a growing business based in Exeter. You will provide key administrative support primarily to the Engineer Servicing Department, this will involve liaising with the service engineers, customers, installers and internal colleagues to provide quotes and to schedule site visits.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Service Department administration
  • Provide general administration support to wider areas within the business when required
  • Liaising internally and externally via telephone and email
  • Solve customer queries
  • Manage reactive and proactive repair work
  • Keep up to date Excel spread sheets and database
  • Prepare transactions for invoicing
  • Organise work for teams of engineers and subcontractors

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Telephone/Reception Duties
  • Worked with Microsoft Office programmes

Hours of work Monday to Thursday 8.00 - 17.00

Friday 8.00 - 16.30
