Title: Service Administrator
Salary: £20 000 to £22 000
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Our client in Hitchin are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator/ Coordinator who is able to work with both their technicians and clients.

- Complete service requests
- Respond to maintenance calls
- Deal with enquiries in an efficient manner
- Managing pricing
- Monitor attendance and workload of technicians
- Previous experience in diary management
- Strong IT skills
- If you have used Salesforce that would be ideal
- Great customer service skills
- Work well under pressure
