Service Administrator/Advisor

An exciting opportunity has become available for a SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR/ADVISOR to join an Aftersales team for a highly reputable private business, main dealer in NORTH LONDON.

In this independently run centre Reporting in to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for arranging bookings ensuring that the personal/vehicle details are correct and pre-contacting customers ahead of visit. In conjunction with the Vehicle technician you will be managing the visit from start to finish as well as offering and selling available products to agreed targets and taking payments and explaining invoices to customers.
You will be regularly updating customers ensuring a smooth and professional service is carried out making follow ups to ensure the visit and work is complete.
You will be managing work in progress daily, rebooking customers where parts have been ordered. You will also need a full Driving License.

Our ideal Service Administrator/Advisor will have a proven track record within the motor trade with 3 years experience. You will be a confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner. You will put customer service at the forefront of everything you do to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

On offer is a basic up to £26,000 DOE with a BONUS package to increase your earnings as well as Company Car Scheme and on going Training to Master Advisor level.

This is a full time Motor Trade Job working Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm with a Saturday morning rota.
