REED Business Support are working with a fantastic International Client, based on the outskirts of Exeter. Recruiting for a full time Service Administrator on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Offer full administration support to the department including:

Job sheet processing
Data input onto the Company database / system
Answering telephone calls for the Service Division and filing
Establish effective communications with fellow members of the team as well as other departments
Provide first class Customer Service
Providing efficient, polite and effective customer service to all clients and prospective clients
To identify orders that haven’t been completed and close where applicable
To progress service reports
Process manual job sheets where the engineers cannot raise themselves
Resolve service reports with van stock errors
To change and check new service reports received from engineers
To facilitate the manual movement of costs for labour, parts and purchase orders

Excellent written and oral communication skills
The ability to plan, organise and prioritise job responsibilities
The ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous experience of building and developing strong customer relationships
Previous experience of SAP
Good working knowledge of MS Windows – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

25 days per annum excluding bank holidays
Statutory bank holidays are honoured
On-site parking
£19,000 Salary

Working Hours – 39.5 hours per week (30 minute lunch)
Monday to Thursday (8am-4.30pm)
Friday (8am-4pm)
