Service Admin / Customer Service

Working in a fast paced distribution office you will be expected to undertake the following duties.

  • Liaise with Courier Drivers to investigate deliveries and shipments
  • Deal with Customers daily for investigations and time frames on deliveries
  • Process orders and raise delivery notes
  • May be required (occasionally) to help sort parcels.

The duties above are not limited and other assistance may be required.


  • A flexible attitude is essential for this role and you must be physically fit due to the nature of the business.
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy is essential
  • Good communication skills are essential together with customer service.
