Service Account Manager

Servicing account manager is required to maintain an excellent commercial relationship with existing customers for our client based in West London. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has industry knowledge in the energy field. You would be providing support services to the sales team while managing the commercial relationship and providing ongoing care to clients.

Duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by pro-actively contacting clients to provide information, maintain relationship, and identify additional needs.
  • Regularly communicating with other departments about work progress and new projects.
  • Liaising with other team members to provide information and ensure that customers receive the same level customer service.
  • Coordinating the roll out of all new products to ensure that new services are understood and implemented in line with client's expectations.

Candidates applying for this role would need a minimum of two years experience in the energy industry, experience in business to business customer service and strong Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel.

Salary: up to £30,000 + 10% performance related bonus
