The applicant should be a customer-focused engineer with a genuine interest in solving peoples IT issues and empathetic to customer needs and requirements. This is to join a small and busy team of engineers working at their Havant office supporting a range of H.P. printers and H.P. ProLiant servers and Blades for a minimum of 3 months, the role may extend beyond that.
The working hours of the contract are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:15 with 45 minute lunch. There is an expectation that overtime will be undertaken when workload demands but this is not frequent.
The engineers are based from our main Havant based site but will be expected to travel to other local Data Centre's to cover equipment. The candidate must supply their own transportation, for this a mileage allowance will be paid.
*Good experience of supporting H.P. ProLiant Servers and Blades
*Good experience of supporting H.P. MFP printers
*Experience of Service Now service desk system
