£35-45K Depending on experience - Annual Pay reviews

This role may not be for you:

Please note that this is a Hybrid role and the office is not accessible via public transport. You’ll need to drive to the office 3-4 times a week for the first 6 months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a senior-level technical SEO role, perfect for someone who wants to lead strategies, work on complex audits, and collaborate withclients.

- SEO Audits & Technical Fixes - Perform in-depth site audits, identify technical issues, and implement fixes (URL structures, redirects, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, crawl efficiency, etc.).
- SEO Strategy & Campaigns - Plan and execute strategies that drive organic growth for SMEs across multiple industries.
- Client Consulting - Act as a trusted expert, presenting SEO recommendations and guiding clients through implementations.
- Automation & AI Integration - Work with the latest SEO tools & AI-driven strategies to improve efficiency.
- Monthly Reporting & Roadmaps - Develop structured SEO plans, track progress, and deliver insights to clients.
- Collaboration -Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts.

Is this you:

Strong technical SEO knowledge - Confident with audits, site structures, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
Client-facing experience - Able to communicate complex SEO concepts in a clear, actionable way.
Proactive & Strategic - You don’t just fix issues; you drive long-term SEO success.
