The Role

As a strong communicator, you'll be responsible for taking the company on an 'SEO journey', planning and executing a solid SEO strategy and working with the Digital Marketing Manager to drive high-quality traffic. Your key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented - educate and coach relevant stakeholders where needed
  • Create and execute SEO growth strategy
  • Manage in-house content strategy
  • Communicate, advise on and roll out technical SEO changes
  • Conduct SEO technical audits
  • Improve SEO search term rankings through improved content and optimisation
  • Ad-hoc SEO troubleshooting and problem solving

About You

First and foremost, you'll be highly personable with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders. We're looking for an approachable SEO Manager who thrives off educating peers and articulating the benefits of SEO.

You'll have previous experience of formulating and executing SEO strategies, executing SEO audits and strong copywriting skills.

Whether you're an established SEO Manager, or perhaps an SEO Executive looking to progress, we'd love to hear from you. Whilst proven SEO skills are vital for this role, the ability to educate, inform and get 'buy-in' from key stake-holders is equally as important.
