Were hoping to find someone who is self motivated, enthusiastic with the desire to grow with a very established, stable, successful, ambitious and growing company based very close to the Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Marlow catchment area!

Working exclusively as my client’s main recruiter, a national provider of recognised and respected communication platforms within the healthcare, consumer goods retail industry enabling multi-nationals to engage, educate and influence consumers and healthcare professionals.

The company are continuously simply through their on-going success which has resulted in bringing in-house a dedicated SEO Manager.

Salary - Probably in the region of late 30’s through to possibly late 40k’s depending on experience although upper level to be confirmed, but open to good candidates at a higher level, in addition, company bonus and benefits package.

Kind of skills being sought would hopefully include a percentage of the following:

·Experience of working in SEO/Acquisition

·The ability to understand our business and objectives.

·To develop recommendations and work with the team to implement.

·Involved in meetings to discuss requirements, make tactical recommendations and present findings/results

·Ability to work with external agencies

·Website Technical Analysis and Recommendations

·URL structure recommendations and redirect strategies

·Indexation analysis

·Site speed audits

·Canonicalisation audits

·Ownership of the development of services related to the role

·Involved in creation of content and content planning

·Involvement in the relevant reports, to be delivered via Google Analytics.

·Keep abreast of all developments in the SEO industry

·Ensuring good working relationships are maintained with all team members and other departments within the company

In addition, we’d love it if you can (desirable ONLY)…

·Understand key algorithm updates and SEO implications.

·Keyword research and using Webmaster Tools.

·Proactive and willing to learn with a positive attitude.

·Experience in working with different internal and external stakeholders and managing their expectations.

·An active interest in SEO, digital content and PPC.

·Strong analytical and numerical skills.
