An exciting opportunity for a Senior UX / UI Designer to join an innovative AdTech company in Berlin. Offering up to €65,000 for the right candidate and excellent benefits such as flexible working hours, regular work from home, massages and optional language classes!

With a focus on data driven business they digest and analyse huge amounts of data to understand user trends. They then convert this information into actionable objectives to help clients connect better with their audiences. With their recent success they are now looking to grow their Product division with a view to analysing and redesigning the UI of their whole platform, for this they need a Senior UX / UI Designer to assist them.

The role will see you collaborating with a team of creatives, product management, copywriters and talented frontend developers to help analyse and rejuvenate their software products. You will be able to display a strong background of designing user interfaces across mobile, web and desktop projects demonstrating user-centric thinking and UX insight. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and OmniGraffle is essential as well as rapid prototyping skills using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You will be used to presenting and defending your ideas with additional UX guidance across other departments in the company. Additional experience in conducting and interpreting usability studies will further bolster an application.
