Senior Total Reward Lead EMEA
This position will be part of a Shared Services and has responsibility for execution of the total reward program. You will participate in global total rewards projects and program delivery, leading complex project components and supporting execution and delivery as needed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Benefits which includes health & welfare, risk, retirement and savings plans, wellness)
- Compensation which includes base pay, long and short-term incentives, job evaluations and pricing, allowances, one-time payments, and recognition programs.
Must have requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model;
- Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment;
