Remote UK Corporate Tax Advisor

Are you a skilled tax professional with expertise in corporate tax / business tax advisory? We are looking for experienced Tax Advisors seeking a fully remote opportunity. You will be tasked with providing top-tier tax consultancy services to businesses across the UK and occasionally internationally.

What We're Looking For:

Strong UK corporate tax advisory experience (international experience would also be beneficial). This is a pure advisory role - compliance experience is not relevant.

Expertise in areas such as (this is a non-exhaustive list)

• • Large and small corporate taxation.

  • Advising on the UK thin capitalisation legislation and completion of corporate interest restriction calculations.

  • Statutory and capital reduction demergers.

  • Advising on the UK controlled foreign companies legislation.

  • Assistance with the establishment of an employee ownership trust, as well as share scheme advisory (EMI and CSOP).

  • Individual tax residency, estate planning, and BPR/APR relief on a share divestment.

  • Inheritance tax (IHT) and stamp duty land tax (SDLT).

  • Experience handling complex tax queries and providing tailored tax solutions.

  • The ability to work independently and deliver high-quality tax advice remotely.
