My client is a well-known, multi-million pound company, specialising in the development of fuel cell technology for a number of industries.

The organisation is seeking a Senior System Engineer - Renewable, Aerospace/Automotive. In this position you will lead and manage the development, execution of product validation and life-cycle product support across allocated projects and development activities.

As the Senior Systems Engineer - Renewable, Aerospace/Automotive job, you will be responsible for:
-Lead and manage a team of systems engineers.
-Responsible for performance and development of individual engineers within systems team.
-Responsible for product system modelling.
-Responsible for ensuring appropriate engineering processes and tools are used.

The requirements for the Senior Systems Engineer - Renewable, Aerospace/Automotive job are:
-Degree-Qualified or equivalent in Engineering or a related Science.
-Demonstrable track record leading and developing teams
-Demonstrable experience of managing product design projects
-A sound understanding of design process.
-Ability to inspire a team of engineers.
