Senior Support Worker
Hays Social Care are currently working with a well-established and successful care provider to find an experienced Senior Support worker to join their residential service based in Telford.

Your new role
You will be working with a passionate and supportive team within the residential home based in Telford. You will work with the team to provide a safe and homely environment for the young people in your care. You'll be working with young people who have been adversely affected by their circumstances and are vulnerable and sometimes challenging. You'll work to inspire a sense of belonging for the young people in your care and always strive to make them feel safe and secure within the home. You will work closely with your team to provide the experience of positive and safe relationships for the young people.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience within a similar role working with young people who have complex emotional and behavioural needs. You will hold a QCF Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent. You'll be a committed and passionate worker who cares deeply about making a difference in young people's lives and shares the values of the company. You'll hold a full UK driving licence.
