Flexible contracts available
Paid standby sleep-ins at £78.48 per night
Please note due to Covid-19 protocol it is policy that all staff will wear appropriate PPE including masks whilst supporting in the homes as well as undergo regular testing.

About you
We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate Senior Support Workers to join our growing team at Home From Home Care. For this role, you will need at least 6 months experience in care environment,NVQ in social care as well as a keen drive to make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support.

About the role
As a Senior Support Worker your focus will be to work with complex individuals who may have complex behaviours. On a daily basis you’ll work as part of our ONE TEAM to deliver exceptional care and support within the homes. A large part of your role is to help individuals gain new life skills, connect with their communities, and provide outcomes to help them to live an 'ordinary’ life.
When you join, you’ll receive paid induction, which includes comprehensive training and shadow shifts with the individuals we support.
We have 11 homes over 5 locations in Lincolnshire, with roles based in Bardney, Dorrington, Fiskerton, Ruskington and Stallingborough. On some occasions you may be required to travel between homes.

During the 12 month period between 1st December 2018 and 1st December 2019, 22% of our entire team progressed into new roles, with a total of 117 secondments. Furthermore, 96% of our current Registered and Assistant Mangers have been internally promoted, all of whom joined us as Support Workers.
