Children's Home - March - Support Worker Job - Full time - Multiple vacancies - possible perm opportunity

A growing organisation based in Norfolk and expanding. An innovative and forward-thinking service to vulnerable children and young people and are focused upon delivering high-quality support and outcomes.

Your new role
Working with the Team Leaders at this newly opened home based in March, Cambridgeshire, you will be required to lead the daily shifts and support residential support workers to safeguard children and provide them with the necessary support, care and guidance to enable them to live a positive and meaningful life as they approach adulthood. 12 hour shifts are required, across 365 days per year, 24/7 including sleep ins.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years experience working with children and young people and an NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3. You will also need references to support your work and a DBS
