As part of the PC Support team of this International Bank you will provide support to the Corporate Banking division, on a number of central London sites.
You will be tasked with sustaining and improving PC Support's performance, leading by example and contributing to the delivery of a highly-organised support service. The team provides the technical support, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of multi-vendor laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals within a Windows Server environment.
A strong leader and advocate for support functions, you will have the ability devise and implement robust processes, monitor and report on the team's Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and overall service delivery. You will also be responsible for various site visits in London.
The Bank operates a shift pattern (subject to change) 08:00 - 16:30 or 09:30 - 18:00, and you will be expected to field out-of-hours calls at times and to be flexible with attendance for overtime where necessary.
You must have at least 1 years' experience of providing similar banking support within the last 5 years.
