Senior Support Engineer

Are you seeking a new challenge within the Senior Support/3rd Line Support Industry?
I'm working with a leading local business who are searching for their next team member to enhance their fantastic IT department.

I'm looking for someone proactive and passionate about IT, who can take part in a hands on role supporting both technical and strategic aspects of the business. This role will cover system, server and networking support as well as some involvement with senior members to identify and develop technology solutions for the business.

Internal Support for both software and hardware
Maintaining all network security infrastructure
Identifying and consulting on Business strategy and requirements
Develop plans for investing in systems architecture
Liaising with partners and vendors to evaluate the use of new technology as it becomes available

Key Skills:
Thorough knowledge of HP servers and hardware set ups
Proven experience in systems and network design and development
Microsoft Windows and office 365
Windows server 2008-2012
HP Switches and routers
Sophos Anti-Virus desirable
And last but by no means least, approachable and able to build long term relationships!
