Your new role
In your new role as a Senior Structural Engineer you will be supporting the management of the company and the team by working closely with the Associates and Associate Director. You will manage and co-ordinate projects to achieve all deadlines required, continually improving standards and quality of designs to achieve successful design and delivery of projects.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to have a civil/structural engineering degree or an equivalent qualification. The successful candidate will either be chartered or in the process of becoming chartered (MICE or IStructE) within 2018. You will need to have experience of working at a senior level across a wide sector of clients and projects. You must be able to provide evidence you have successful designed and delivered projects under your control, which have generated satisfaction to the client.
