Senior Structural Engineer Opportunity

Hays Civil & Structural Engineering are currently working with a well established East Midlands consultancy who are looking to add to their Structures teams in Nottingham with the appointment of an additional Senior Structural Engineer.

Our client works on projects throughout United Kingdom, covering various sectors including education, health, industrial, commercial and housing, with designs ranging from multi-storey structures to small housing schemes, ranging in construction value from £250,000 to £10M.

In order to continue to offer and provide the best service to their clients they are looking to appoint two new experienced Structural Engineers who can take a lead on schemes from day one. Coming from a consultancy background, the ideal candidate will have experience of design in steel, timber, masonry and reinforced concrete, while previous knowledge of industry standard software including TEDDS, TEKLA, and CSC Portal Frame Designer would be beneficial.

Candidates who are Chartered or approaching Chartership would be preferred, however our client offer excellent support and professional development for candidates looking to work towards CEng or IEng status.
