SENIOR CREDIT STRATEGY ANALYST

UP TO £60,000

THE COMPANY

An exciting Fin tech company are hiring for a Senior Strategy Analyst to work on an innovative product and boost profitability. The company was started in 2019 and has already raised $40 million. The reason for hiring is down to new funding doubling the current staff count.

THE ROLE

This role will be focused on driving growth by looking at insights and acquisitions, specifically driving profitability for the business, and targeting ways of attracting new customers for the business.

You can expect to be involved in the following day-to-day:

  • Analyse customer data looking at behaviour and attributes to develop new strategies for identifying new customers.
  • Work with teams across the business as well as external companies to implement new strategies.
  • Building out new customer journeys, improving existing ones, and integrating new data sources into current systems.
  • Create new data sources related to fraud, such as verifying bank names, or ID documentation.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with SQL, Looker, Excel.
  • Experience with Python, or R is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience working on strategy and defending these to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A commercial mindset.
  • Experience working in credit or lending, preferably within a Fin-Tech.
  • STEM degree.
  • Strong numerate degree
