Senior Sous Chef in High Quality and Volume Brasserie £42K
High End meat focused brasserie is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to help assist our Seniors.
You will be working in a successful American Style Brasserie with a focus on excellent meat sourced form our best suppliers in the US.
Our chefs background is Michelin and Rosette, and we always aim for the highest standards.
You will be working around 50 hours per week, in a stimulating environment at a very high volume.
As a Senior Sous Chef you will need
- Experience managing big brigades
- to be capable of handling quality high volume
- liaise with Head Chef as well as mentoring and training juniors
- have back of house experience such as rota, costings and h&S
