Senior Sous Chef
- Salary: £30,000 per annum (plus excellent benefits)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Sous to join a talented team of Chefs.
You'll help to design, creation and delivery of bespoke menus for their guests. Working alongside the Head Chef you'll be vital in the day to day preparation and production of high end dishes, using top quality produce from their farm and beyond. You'll also assist the Head Chef with monitoring margins and stock control.
What do you need to be successful?
- A sound knowledge of a high end food operation
- Experience of working at a similar level or in a similar role in a quality establishment
- The ability to coach, lead and inspire the team
