We have an exciting opportunity for a senior sous chef to join our client, a privately owned restaurant in West Sussex cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The kitchen team has a very talented pool of chefs that deliver amazing quality dishes as well as pushing to be different whilst using fresh, local products.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working as a sous / senior sous at a 2AA/3AA rosette environment.
Basic salary: upto £32,000 + tips + overtime
