A Senior Sous Chef role is available at a popular hotel located in Nottinghamshire
The Executive Chef of a multi-outlet hotel is seeking a Senior Sous Chef who they can entrust with launching a brand new restaurant at the property which will offer modern, Bistro style dining to its customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to take on a challenge which will allow you to manage a team of chefs to ensure that they are performing to the standards that you put in place at all times. At the same time you will have a large input on the design of the menus ensuring that they showcase the best ingredients for each season and will be responsible for the financial performance of the kitchen.
The role needs a strong Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef who has a history of spending long periods of time in each role especially their most recent roles. A talented chef who is used to working in one AA Rosette kitchens but also has good kitchen management abilities would be perfect for this role.
