A family business through and through - family owned, family run, with a warm family welcome for guests and team alike. Our hotels are unique (quirky even) and set in three stunning Scottish locations. Some are big, some are small and all offer good food & drink, great beds and a ton of outdoor and indoor things to do and a fun place to work.
We're set in a estate in stunning location, Home from home, we've been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms and 55 self-catering lodges. With 60 onsite activities, six restaurants, cinema, children's club, swimming pool and luxury spa - there really is something for everyone!
About the role
With the best views on the estate, our food concept is simple but wholesome, the type of thing you'd find in a good pub. Working increasingly with local suppliers, we're committed to consistency of production using locally sourced products. The Clubhouse has 40 seats and an outdoor seating area and BBQs for nice days. So, if you're excited about driving change, and really want to be part of a great team, looking to make your mark, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. You'll be kept busy throughout the year.
What we need from you:
*Kitchen Management - experience and a qualification in professional cookery
*Business Acumen - you'll manage GP and your monthly P&L.
*Compliance - You'll implement and monitor, Food safety - HACCAP procedures.
*Passion - a love of Scottish produce and menu development is a must.
*Leadership - a natural leader, our managers lead by example to inspire and motivate their teams
*Motivated - we want you to inspire others with your passion for food and creativity
*Team focus - there are no egos here, just hard-working people who love creating memorable experiences for every guest. You'll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our customers get exactly what they want, quickly.
